2. Physical Products (candles, capsules, printed books, physical tools)

Shipping Costs: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

Return Request Period: you may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Conditions: the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds are not accepted once the download has been completed.

Personalized products (for example: embroidered towels with phrases, special editions with names, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
