How It Started
I’m Mile, psychologist and creator of this sensory universe. Amia was born from my own process of searching: I needed to remind myself that self-care begins with the small things. What I share with you today—candles, scents, words, and rituals—are the echo of that search, transformed into experiences that embrace you.
